Construction of Our Training Building

First the topsoil was removed. -- July 5, 2004

Then 1000 yds. of fill were trucked in. -- July 6, 2004

The site preparation was then completed. They topped it off with a little gravel
to keep it from turning into a "muddy mess". -- July 13, 2004

The building (or its parts) arrived. -- July 20, 2004

It was unloaded with a very interesting semi-truck / forklift machine -- July 20, 2004

The workers put up the frame. -- August 4, 2004

The siding was put on. -- August 6, 2004

The doors and windows were installed. -- August 12, 2004

The limestone screenings were brought in.

The concrete driveway and workshop floor were poured... -- September 27, 2004

...and the varmint-proof ribbon for the perimeter of the training area. -- September 17, 2004

Our friend Bob helped Upal install the lights and electrical outlets. -- November 7, 2004

Then we did a last minute smoothing of the limestone screenings. -- November 20, 2004.

A crew of our friends helped up lay down the 1/2 interlocking Humane stall mats. Our friend Jimmy served as foreman. -- November 20, 2004.
